MoGo Talk XD 2 for iPhone 4 - Protection with freedom A case with a Bluetooth headset
Up until now I have avoided those ubiquitous headsets that people wear stuck in their ear all day long. I guess it just seems embarrassing to be seen walking around a grocery store, or just in public, with that thing hanging there for all to see. I do not need that instant capability to constantly access to my phone that some may. I did find a good reason for using the MoGo Talk XD 2 for iPhone. It is a big help when driving! In the past I have heard the ringtone and had to reach deep into my pants pocket to get my hands on the iPhone, yank it out, and then slide a finger across the locking slider to answer it. By the time I say hello I am so distracted I could have hit several cars or a fire hydrant. If I am thinking clearly I just ignore the phone. Now I just tap the MoGo Talk XD2 headset button once and get connected without any issues.

The MoGo TALK XD 2 works fine with ATT or Verizon iPhone4 and retails for $99.99. It comes with several sizes of earbuds. I had to move to the larger set to get a good fit.
Pluses The flat headset is a little less obvious. Storage in the back of the iPhone case for headset Charger built into the case so it is easy to charge when the headset is stored there. Uses a USB connection. Compatible with iPhone voice control
Minuses Takes some getting used to the iPhone Voice Control. I had to change some contact names to make it easier to use commands. Once that was done I had no problem calling hands free.
The first time I left a voice mail on my son’s phone he told me I sounded like I was in a tunnel. I adjusted the headset position, used the headset to call my home phone, and left a message there. The sound was fine. The case is one that leaves the screen of your iPhone unprotected.
Overall, I was very pleased with the MoGo Talk XD 2. It does the job. If you are used to using hands free phone options and one of these headsets you should have no problem getting started. If this is your first Bluetooth effort you will need to read and use the small getting started manual.
Note: You will never see me wearing the headset outside of the car.
