Yurbuds: Do They Stay In? As to how the music sounds to a guy who never cared I have to say it does seem better. I am listening to the Forrest Gump Album as I write this and am getting what seems to me good separation and plenty of decent sound. This is not an audiophile test. This is from a guy who wants OK listening while the buds stay put. That is the result I hear and feel when using the Yurbuds.
Of course nothing is perfect. Now that I have a product that stays in my ears and seems to satisfy my needs I have to be very careful to NOT get the cables caught on any gym stuff. The last time the cable wrapped around a stationary bike seat I really felt the pull in my left ear when I dismounted. “Blowin’ In The Wind”, “Aquarius”, and “Let the Sun Shine In” will never be the same if one of my ears is tugged off. I am not a judge of music or any other sounds coming through any sound delivery vehicle. I just want the things to stay in my ears. I have tried the cheapest and even more expensive units with little or no success. When a friend guided me to the Yurbuds booth to be fitted to a set of Yurbuds I thought what the hell they are free. I forgot about them until I emptied a box of items I had shipped home after CES three weeks ago. I have been using the Yurbuds since then in the car, walking around, and at the gym. Yes I do attempt to workout. So far they have yet to fall out. I am amazed. I do listen to music at times but my primary need for sound delivery is audio books. I am a member of
